Green Leaf Investment Fund Current Holdings:

1. Fool's Gold Enterprises, LLC is located in Northern California and currently has 18 licensed outdoor cannabis farms under management. The company has experienced close to 100% growth year-over-year in foot print. The companies short term vision is to put up Greenhouses onto each of the properties, to maximize revenues. Damon Bates, CEO of Fool's Gold is anticipating further growth over the next few months with hopes of being one of the largest cannabis cultivators in the State of California in 2018.

2. Intelligent Wireless Network, Inc. provides carrier-grade Internet telecommunications infrastructure to rural America. In doing so, IWN brings rural America the infrastructure it needs to realize large-scale deployment of sensors, actuators, data analysis, and control to the growers, their workers, and families with the information age tools that citified and suburban folks already have. By introducing proprietary technology that IWN has developed over the past 5 years, scalable, wireless, state-of-the-art connectivity to back haul Internet carriers like Verizon, Frontier, AT&T, T-Mobile, VAST networks, and others is provided at an affordable cost. IWN has contracts and operating agreements in place with both carriers and application providers, like Davis Instruments, Valley irrigation, Vivotek, Aquaterr, and tens of other well-known and widely respected AgTech suppliers and startups that provide a unique capability to deploy technology into the Ag environment through a single consolidated source. This makes it easy for growers to implement AgTech solutions while removing the barriers to deployment for suppliers, and reducing existing telecommunications costs while increasing the number of deployed units in the field.
